Refund and Returns Policy

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on doormats that have been made to your specific requirements, including custom sized items. Returns on custom products will only be accepted if the item is faulty.

Returns for Standard Sized Doormats
We accept returns for non-faulty standard-sized plain doormats. To return a plain standard-sized mat, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. You can choose either a full refund or a replacement. To initiate a return, please fill in the form below or email us at contact@traditionalcoirmats.co.uk. Ensure that the email address you provide is correct, as we will use it to contact you. We aim to respond within 1 working day. If you haven’t received a response, kindly check your junk/spam folder.

Once we receive your returns request, we will assess it and, if accepted, arrange a refund, replacement, and collection of the faulty item.

Thank you for your returns application. We will assess the information and get back to you via the email address provided with information regarding replacements, refunds and collecting the item(s). In some cases, we may ask you to provide photos of the item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, we may require the item to be returned to us. If the item is faulty, we will arrange the return for you – all you need to do is repackage the item in its original packaging.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded for non-faulty doormat returns or orders where one or more items are retained by the customer.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please check your bank account again. You may also want to contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, please get in touch with us at contact@traditionalcoirmats.co.uk.
