Ordering your bespoke coir doormat is quick and straightforward. Just choose your desired thickness and enter your exact dimensions in millimetres – our calculator will automatically generate the price for your custom size.
If you require a mat for a more unusual space – such as curved entrances, angled recesses, or irregular mat wells – we also offer custom-shaped options. To get started, simply send us a rough drawing of the shape with all measurements clearly marked. It doesn’t need to be to scale or professionally drawn – just accurate. Once received, we’ll assess whether we can work from your sketch or if a physical template will be required.

We carefully cut each mat from large 30m x 2m coir rolls, then shape, hand-finish, and stitch it in-house. This process creates a made-to-measure doormat that fits perfectly and performs beautifully.
Lead Time Guidance
We aim to dispatch all custom-made traditional coir mats within 10 working days. However, due to the hand-stitched nature of the product, please allow up to 21 working days during busy periods. If you need your mat sooner or have a deadline, please get in touch – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

- Shake or hoover regularly – To remove loose fibres and dirt trapped within the pile.
- Do not use cleaning products – Avoid bleach or harsh cleaners which can damage the natural fibres. For deeper cleaning, simply shake outdoors or use a dry brush.

Helpful Tips for Ordering Your Traditional Coir Doormat:
- Mat Well Fitting: When ordering for a mat well, subtract 6mm from each measurement to allow for natural mat expansion.
- Door Clearance: Ensure the selected thickness allows your door to open freely.
- Shaped Mats: If ordering a shaped mat and sending a template, label the top and bottom clearly on your template.
- The handmade nature of the mats gives them slightly rounded edges.
