Our standard sized coir matting offers you the possibility to choose a PVC backed doormat to your specifications. Our PVC backed coir door mats are perfect for use around the home, office and more. They are great in mat wells, shop entrances and more. The customised coir doormats are available in 4 different thicknesses. We have something to suit everybody’s needs. Please note our PVC backed doormats are only suitable for indoor use only. This is due to the fact that coir is a natural product which comes from the outer shell of coconuts. Therefore, it is natural and biodegradable product.

Ordering your standard sized PVC backed coir doormat could not be easier. In order to order your doormat choose your mat size and thickness.
MAKING AND PRINTING YOUR STANDARD SIZE CUSTOMISED COIR DOORMAT
All of our standard size PVC coir door mats are hand cut to size and hand sprayed by us in our Suffolk workshop. Firstly, we start with plain PVC backed coir matting on 30m x 2m rolls. By hand our craftsman cuts out the coir matting to to your specified size. Finally, if desired, we print any personalisation onto the mat. To personalise the doormat we hand spray them by using black ink and stencils.
DELIVERY TIMES OF A STANDARD SIZE CUSTOM COIR PVC BACKED DOOR MAT
We aim to cut all of our PVC backed coir doormats within 5 working days. If delivery of your doormat is time critical please contact us and we can confirm our current lead time and will do our best to speed up your order.
ADVICE WHEN CREATING YOUR STANDARD SIZE PVC BACKED COIR MATTING
- If you are ordering a PVC backed coir door mat for a mat well, you DO NOT need to undersize the measurements in order to allow the mat to spread as the PVC backing will hold all the coir in place.
- We are unable to guarantee how long any printing or personalisation will last on your mat. Over time and as the printing is walked over it will fade. The speed of the fading is dependent on the mat location and the amount of footfall. We recommend a plain coir doormat for areas of heavy footfall or customers looking for mats to last many years in prime condition.
- Please note all sizes are +/- 3mm tolerance.
